Feeling the effects of 2020? Working from home? The holidays? The excesses that have come with all three? You deserve more—start the new year off right by treating yourself to Left Coast Fitness’s Health and Fitness Bootcamp starting January 4, 2021!


The Left Coast Fitness Bootcamp is unique in several ways. Whether you’re a novice or advanced fitness enthusiast, this camp will fit and adapt to your needs and abilities. We meet three times per week for high calorie-burning workouts, but also incorporate virtual health classes that cover the six foundational principles of health: sleep, hydration, nutrition, exercise, thoughts, and breath (classes are prerecorded so you can watch them when your schedule allows). This integration is at the heart of LCF’s goal: to get you not just fit but also HEALTHY!


To promote the six foundational principles and to supplement the virtual classes, Adam will be going live (on social media) regularly to give you a glimpse into his life and how he applies the foundational principles. He will be covering everything from grocery shopping and cooking to practical application techniques to incorporate the foundational principles into your daily life.


Class Information


Bootcamp classes are 60-minute outdoor sessions focusing on high-calorie burning and functional exercises that incorporate our primal movement patterns. All workouts can be modified for all fitness levels. Each class will include flexibility exercises, functional resistance exercises, and a stretch/ cool down with Q&A.


Classes run monthly, with the cycle starting on the first Monday, Wednesday, or Friday of the month.
Starting Monday, January 4, 2021, every MWF at 7:00 am
Starting Monday, February 1, 2021, every MWF 7:00 am or 9:30 am


Cost: $360 ($30 / class) for which you get:
• 12 in-person boot camp workouts
• Access to the virtual classes on the 6 foundational principles of health
• Adam’s Nutritional Program with sample menus and recipes included
• Live coaching with Adam (cooking healthy, grocery shopping, new exercises, etc.)

Bring an exercise mat, water, personal hand sanitizer, and a face mask to the Left Coast Fitness Back Parking Lot (1256 S. Bascom Ave, San Jose; canopy provided).


We are COVID Ready: LCF implements all the COVID requirements as set forth by the Santa Clara County Health Department, including the use of a facial mask covering the mouth and nose and social distancing. If you are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 (cough, fever, body aches, trouble breathing, etc)., we ask that you come back to class another day.
