Yoga

Natalie has been practicing yoga for over a decade. She found her way to the mat after an injury which made it difficult to continue practicing Shotokan Karate where she had earned a 2nd degree brown belt after years of training and teaching karate. Due to her extensive interest and passion in eastern philosophy, Natalie quickly fell in love with the practice of yoga. She has completed 500 hours of training. Her 200 hour YTT focused on the origins of Yoga and had a deep foundation in yoga philosophy. In her 300 hour YTT she had the pleasure to hone her skills in the various styles of yoga ranging from Vinyasa, Gentle, to Yin and Restorative. Natalie is very passionate about yoga and works to incorporate her love for yoga and mindfulness into her practice while always weaving in the many deep learnings from the gifted teachers she has been blessed to study under.
