Adam is an Exercise Therapist / Holistic Lifestyle Coach who has been helping people reach their health and fitness goals since 2002. While completing his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, Adam worked as a personal trainer specializing in Corrective Exercise and Athletic Performance. In 2007, he moved into the field of Exercise Therapy, utilizing a fully integrative approach in rehabilitating people suffering from chronic pain and injury at a health center in Campbell, CA.
