Mobility should be a part of everyone’s health and fitness program. Most of us spend our time at the gym lifting weights and doing cardio, leaving little time to work on our mobility. A lack of mobility negatively effects our performance, posture, results in the gym, and overall health. The mobility workshop is designed to educate you on what mobility is, how it differs from flexibility, the importance of mobility in our everyday lives, and a great mobility routine that will fit into everyones lifestyle no matter how little time you have in the day. This class is complimentary to all LCF members.
